Deposit: A deposit of one night’s lodging plus tax per reservation is due at the time of booking.

Final Payment for reservations non-peak season (WISCONSIN: November through Mid-May & FLORIDA: May through Mid-November): Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are booked within 7 days from the arrival date are charged full and final payment at the time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the house to someone else.

Final Payment for reservations during peak season (WISCONSIN: Memorial Day through October & FLORIDA: Mid-November through April): Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations that are booked within 21 days from the arrival date are charged full and final payment at the time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the house to someone else.

Applicable room tax is in addition to the price posted.
