The Marco Island House has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 6 (Can accommodate 8 for an extra fee). The house has a fully furnished kitchen with a living room, family room, dining room, & eat-in kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms have been newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom. The other bedrooms have a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, and 2 twin beds. The lanai has an infinity pool, grill, and plenty of room to enjoy the view. There is a boat dock available for an additional cost.

The house is smoke-free and pets (no more than 2) are allowed for an additional fee. The house rents for a minimum of 3 days and must be rented for a full week from January through April. This house rents for $450/night or $3000/week or $10,000/month. There is an additional fee of $125/person/week over 6 people.
